Sample Meal Guides


Breakfast: 

2 Eggs + 1.5 liquid egg whites

1 cup pineapple, diced 

1-2 slices ezekiel bread + 1 tbsp butter

1 serving veggies of choice

Coffee + ½ tbsp Honey + 1 serving Collagen + 2 tbsp Full fat coconut milk

Snack #1

Adrenal Cocktail

½ cup orange juice 

½ cup coconut water 

1 serving collagen

¼ tsp salt

Lunch: 

3 oz chicken breast + 2 oz chicken thighs or dark meat*

1 cup green beans or veggie of choice

1 medium sweet potato 

1 tbsp butter (over potato and/or veggies)

Cook a whole chicken. Shred the chicken and separate the white meat from the dark meat.

Snack #2

Smoothie bowl:

1 cup almond milk or light coconut milk

1 small to medium banana

½ cup cherries 

½ tbsp bee pollen 

½ cup yogurt 

1 serving Protein Powder (~ 25 gram protein)

Dinner:

5 oz Baked Cod

1-2 cups Roasted Carrots, Potatoes, and Onion

1 piece fruit - apple, pear, orange, pineapple… whatever you like or is in season OR ½ cup orange juice
